"Execution States" enabled does not match with the states appearing after executing the TestCases in RQM

I got a quick question here on the Execution states present in RQM.
Under Manage project properties section for a QM project, I select a few "Execution States"
but when I execute a Test Case, I do not see these selected execution states...
Why is this difference seen????

 Rajesh,
There are two types of states in play; the ones which we provide ability to customize, add/remove/rename are the Execution result state (actual verdict of runs); as you noted, this is done through the Manage Properties section. There is a note in the UI stating
Execution States
Define which execution states are displayed in execution results

The states which show up are individual step level states we don't presently have ability to modify.
There is an enhancement request regarding this as well
