Your license doesn't currently allow you to modify a compone

Hi,

I got the following error when trying to create a new component:

Problems occurred running creating component.

Reason:
Your license doesn't currently allow you to modify a component.

I'm running

Rational Team Concert
Version: 2.0.0.2
Build id: I20100331-2220

Pls, help.

Found the problem.

User haven't had a license assigned.

Question, do licenses expire? I'm pretty sure i had assigned a license before.

Hi,

if a user has the license assignet he keeps it. The License on the server can expire, but not the license association to a user. Someone has probably removed it.

We were having the same problem, found this thread and discovered user hadn't had a license assigned.

Problem fixed now. :D
