Get date from ISaveOperationParameter

How can I get the date when the user pushed button save within a WI? The extension is an operation participant and I noticed the modification date of the new state is not changed until the participant is saved. I have been looking into the ISaveOperationParameters and ISaveParameters something but I really didn't find nothing.

I am not sure what the requirement is. The user pressed the button right now. The participant runs in the same transaction. So, what do you want to do?
