Unable to change the name of the Project

I changed the name of the project but when I went back it, it was changed back to the default. I see this in the jazz.log file:

09:58:16,066 WARN net.jazz.ajax.service.internal.http.ProxyHandler - No whitelist configured for web UI server
09:58:16,238 WARN net.jazz.ajax.service.internal.http.ProxyHandler - Attempt made to make a remote request to URI http://devsorbvm3.div16.ibm.com:9080/jazz/process/project-areas/_stJVgGfqEd24KMoDcFLfcQ/largePreview, but no whitelist is configured
09:58:52,590 WARN com.ibm.rqm.process.deployment - The default project area was found, but had been renamed. Fixing project area.
10:01:10,469 WARN com.ibm.rqm.process.deployment - The default project area was found, but had been renamed. Fixing project area.

Are you trying to rename the default project area ("Quality Manager")? If yes, this is by design. You cannot rename the default project area.

Are you trying to rename the default project area ("Quality Manager")? If yes, this is by design. You cannot rename the default project area.

hi i try to change loginform name but i cant find login form file in IBM RTC 2.0
