I believe https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/2.0.0.2iFix3/RTC-ExpressC-Client-2.0.0.2iFix3-Linux.zip is what you are looking for.

i have AIX 5.3 and i was using the RTC-ExpressC-Client-2.0.0.2iFix3-Linux.zip according to some other tech note i see (also change the scm.ini to use the local VM http://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=8719),but when running the scm file i was get message about executable format problem
