Hi, I've actually posted this as a defect, but maybe somebody can answer my question in here.

The problem is as follows (short description):

When incoming comments (during synch to RTC from external system) are added to proxy it is done as one long string in a certain format. The problem is, that about 50% of the time RTC will reverse the order of the comments in the string while adding these to the Work Item comments set.
