Meaning of a SCM icon

But I have not found the following icon there:



1/ What does it mean ?
2/ Where can I find its doc ?

What version of RTC is in use here? This doesn't seem to be explained or found in RTC 4.0.6 atleast:

It comes from RTC 4.03. Thanks for the link about the other icons.

It means the file is modified in multiple change sets and those change sets are disjoint (there is a gap in the changes).
