I can not install Teamcliect

I have installed Jazz server on a winxp server sucessfully,but I can not install Teamclient from TeamConcert-insatller-1.0Beta2a-win32.zip,the IBM installer Management can't work.

Can you gibve us more details when you tell us that the "IBM installer
Management can't work."... Thanks.

In mid time you can use the "TeamConcert-1.0Beta2a-win32.zip" to
install a client on your machine:
- Unzip the downloaded file in an <install dir> then
- Launch TeamConcert client from:
<install dir>\jazz\client\eclipse\TeamConcert.exe

I launched TeamConcert client from TeamConcert.exe,and then I found the error is "JVM terminated, exit code=-1
-Xms 100m

......"

make sure that you install the teamcenter client directly under c:\
I had the same problem and it solved it

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Did you choose the defaults when installing the client using the
installation manager? In particular, did you install the included JRE?
What directory did you specify for the install?

I can see that the message from the installer seems to be weird. I already had some problems using the built in Windows Explorer compress tool. I solved the issue using another zip tool like 7-Zip that did the job correctly.
