RQM Install Error -- repotools.bat

First "installer" for RQM. Downloaded Standard Edition and tried to install. Fails at end of install with Error During "post install configure" phase -- tied to repotools.bat operation. Any help would be greatly appreciatd.

JVMJ9VM015W Initialization error for library j9gc23(2): Failed to instantiate heap; 1500M requested
Could not create the Java virtual machine.

Hi,
From the message, it seems like the process is unable to acquire the required physical memory. Could you tell me what is the RAM available in the system? Also, which version of RQM are you trying to install?
