Performance Problems for non-Admin Users

when I query the XML-Representation of an ExecutionResult using the API with the link https://:/jazz/secure/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/resources//executionresult/urn:com.ibm.rqm:executionresult:680 then it makes a major difference in runtime whether the authenticated user is defined as "JazzAdmins" or not. For a non admin user, I receive a server response after about 6 seconds, with an Admin user in less that a tenth of a second. The same problem exists when trying to access the Feed of ExecutionResults with a webbrowser. However, this only affects ExecutionResults, for ExecutionWorkItems, there is no difference at all. Anyone knows the reason for this issue? Is there a way to workaround this? |
