Is there a way to delete button on the general page of RQM like WorkItems, lab, Reports, ... ?

Which buttons do you mean you want to delete, please give some more explanation ?
Do you mean the icons on the left side ?

I believe you are referring to what we call the "Action Bar". That is how you navigate to all of the resources within RQM.
We currently do not offer any customization of the action bar other than orientation (horizontal vs. vertical).

Yes I was talking about the icons on the left bar.
I saw the ability to change only the orientation.
