RTC currently supports a high-availability deployment option. Will this continue to be available for RTC? Will it be available for RQM and DRP?

Answer from the dev team: High-availability failover was already in 2.x products, and work for all Jazz-based products. It will continue to work in 3.0, for all Workbench for CLM Products, RTC, RQM and DoorsRP. See http://jazz.net/library/article/207 (same page is in RQM infocenter). Foundation 3.0 also provides enablement for clustering for high-availability, but this hasn't reached production quality yet (techpreview only for 3.0), and hasn't been adopted yet by Jazz products. This is early access to work in progress, and products should adopt it over the next few releases for allowing deployments in cluster.
