Off-line client

Dear community,

I've just submitted another proposal:

I would love to have off-line copy of an iteration plan and latest work
items.

Our team is highly distributed, meeting sessions are at different places and
it happens we want to create an iteration plan not having connection to the
server. It would be great to prepare the iteration plan working off-line,
submitting and finalizing later.
