Ask a question

Project Subfolder are not shown

Hi,
does anyone know, why do i get an additional Consumer user in OAuth Consumer Management to the rrs-daemon? It is an untrusted consumer user:
Consumer name: net.jazz.ajax.service.internal.http.ThemingHandler
Pre-Authorized User: just empty(no Pre-Authorized User)
Trusted: Untrusted

The point is i see my projects on the server, but i can't see the subfolders of the projects. It says it tries to open the subfolders, but happen nothing.

After deleting Consumer User rrs-daemon, can rrs-daemon be registerd again? Wenn yes, how?

best regards
Parviz

The rrs-daemon is a user, and can be un-archived if you have archived the user. You should be able to do this through the User Management tab on the jazz/admin page, and from there you will see "Archived Users" on the left side of the page. Hover over the rrs-daemon user, and you will see the option to un-archive. Hope it helps,

Hi Benjamin,
thank you for the reply. The user rrs-daemon is already unarchived. The Consumer user "Rational Requirement Composer" is not authorised in OAuth-Consumer. How can i authorise (register) this user in OAuth-Consumer Management und associate rrs-daemon to it? The error message says that the consumer is not registered.
I get the following error message:

If you look in OAuth Consumer Management from jazz/admin, do you see an authorized key called Rational Requirements Server? If not, you will need to add this key and authorize the rrs-daemon user. Here is a technote on troubleshooting oAuth keys that covers a few different scenarios. This should help you with the problem you are seeing. Hope it helps,

Hi,
it works again. Rational Requirements Server is now registered as a consumer. Now i can connect to the server, define new Projects and see the subfolders of the new Projects too. What i still can not see are the subfolders of already defined projects (before i reauthorise the consumer Rational requirements Server). It say it cann't get child Folders for Projects.
Any idea what to do?

regards Parviz
