RTC 1.0 takes about 5 minutes to come up

When I launch RTC 1.0 client, it takes about 5 to 7 minutes before the
Build finishes
Yes, I have almost the whole RTC /Jazz code in my workspace :)

How do I trace or debug such behavior so I can understand why is the re-
build kicked on everytime ?
