Rational Insight Install failed

Hi,

I am trying to install Rational Insight in Linux box but I am receiving the below error message.

Error during "Install" Phase:
Error executing "/opt/ibm/RationalInsight/reportal/cognos/was/setenv.sh" operational( status=255).
see agent output log for more information:/var/ibm/InstallationManager/logs/native/20100608_2108.log

In InstallationManager log file shown below error.

Warning: UNIXProcess.forkAndExec native error: No such file or directory

I have tried installing in 32 bit and 64 bit of Linux box but same error. Can any one help me to fix this problem. I am unable to proceed to install it.

Hi Om,

Insight 1.0.0.2 does not support 64 bit platforms. Stick with 32 bit as they've been tested.

Can you give me some more information about your installation? Are you installing as root? Did you sudo? On what Linux vendor and version are you attempting to install? (Note that only RHEL 5 is supported by Insight 1.0.0.2.)
