approvals email notifications for RTC 2.0.0.2

Hi,

approver/reviewer don't receive anymore email notifications when adding them as approver or reviewer to a work item even when this option is enabled in the user's profile settings.

We are using RTC 2.0.0.2 Standard.

Other notifications work.

Anybody has the same problem?

Sorry other notifications don't work! Is there any possibility to log the email sent queue?

I solved this problem with entering false SMTP server connection settings and then reentering the correct onces.

Something has been blocked with the sending queue.

Is there a way to debug this or another way to force a reconnection to the smtp server?

I too am looking for a way to get some visibility into the mail queue and or logs to verify what email is being sent. Did you ever hear back from anyone on this?
