Is there a defect with email notifications in 4.0.7?
We just upgraded from 4.0.5 to 4.0.7. I made no changes to my settings for email notifications. Before I got notifications when someone else changed work items in RTC. Now, I get notifications if I create or edit work items. Is this a defect? I'm certain the notifications were not working this way before we upgraded, and I really don't need a notification when I create or edit work items. ;)
