Hi,

We have integrated RTC with RQM successfully. But still we are not able to add any custom attributes in Requirement section of RQM. We do see the fields but they are grayed out. Is such customization possible in RQM? If yes, could anyone help us resolve the issue we are facing?

can you please share the steps how did you do the RQM RTC customisation? it will help me as I am also trying to do it but it is failing as the RQM download for Disk 2 is not working fine for me. Also, I am not sure what all files should I download for RTC.- Thanks.

Hi,

We are using RQM 2.0.1 and RTC 2.0.0.2.

Steps for customization :-
1) Establish cross server communication between RTC and RQM.
2) Open the RTC client.
3) Connect to the RQM project area using your login credentials through RTC.
4) Create the custom attributes in RTC.
