I would like to know whether their is a doc /presentation that would explain the license types and the RQM functionality that user can access / restricted
1.Quality Manager
2.Test Lab Manager
3.Viewer
4.Connector

Have you seen the table called "Rational Quality Manager Client Access License types" in the License Management document? I think that is what you are looking for, but if not can you please explain.
