Uploading an image to the test script

I am trying to upload an image to the test script and it seems it is not working. I can attach file to the line of test script, I can make comments - basically all menu items work as expected, except for the image upload.

Are there some image specific that has to be met for the upload to work? I am trying just regular small size (50K) .jpg

Are you using Firefox 3.6? If yes, see:

I see. You are right, it works with IE7. Thank you!

Another question. Why it takes jpg files but not jpeg files? Nothing critical, I can work with constraints, just curious.
