CRRCM9913E: Your OAuth token has expired, please retry your login request.block integrate RQM with CQ

We want to integrate CQ and RQM, and we follow on the page http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSR27Q_5.0.0/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_defect_cq.html?cp=SSR27Q_5.0.0&lang=en

When we do step 3e, following message on pop up windows

CRRCM9913E: Your OAuth token has expired, please retry your login request.

401: invalid_expired_token


Is there anyone experience for this?

Hi Wendy,

I have seen that message in the past and is typically known for cases when you have RQM on https, and it is trying to connect with CQ on http. Is your CQ environment using http?

 
For the integration, the recommended action is to set both applications to use the same type of connection (http or https), below is a technote that will contain more details:
