Intermittently unable to save a large test script in RQM

I am posting this on behalf of a co worker. She has a large test script and when she makes changes to the existing script and attempts to save the modified script, she receives an error message reading, "Save Failed." Some times the save works, sometimes it doesn't work. Has anyone else ran into this issue? Thanks. Currently she is having to use MS Word as an intermediate to copy test scripts to and from. Thanks again.
