[closed] How to create TCER i.e Test Case Execution Record in RQM using OSLC api?

 Hi all, 


I am new to OSLC api and need to create TCER in RQM through OSLC code. Please help me to create TCER. Please do not suggest to refer REST API because I already read it but did not help me much.
