Hi,

Which table from JAZZ database I must use to see recently created work items and also, their states.
I used LIVE_WORKITEM_CNT table, I got some results which I wanted, but within the last date three months ago. When I change some of these work items, I see the change in report, but I am wondering why I can't get currently created work items?
Maybe I must update snapshot data for WORKITEMS_SNAPSHOT? Or I use wrong table to retrieve data?

For the beginning, I would like to track work item changes through report, and any help would be appreciated.

Milan,

The LIVE_WORKITEM_CNT table should give you up-to-date information about
the work items in the repository, independently of whether snapshots
have run. Could you provide some more information about what isn't
working properly?

Hi James,

It's all ok now. I was testing reports in Report Design perspective, so temporary, I could see only past results as I mentioned before, but when I uploaded report template, I got what I wanted.
