Error while running the JTS setup wizard

After downloading Jazz Team Server and CCM, QM and RM Applications with Trial licenses for Rational Team Concert, Rational Quality Manager and Rational Requirements Composer (1417.4 MB) for Windows from the URL https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/3.0.1.1?p=allDownloads I have unzipped the file and using Installation Manager successfully installed the package in a Windows 2008 (64 bit) server. After successful installation I started the Jazz team Server and CLM Application and its started the server and showing Server start up in 14912 ms.

Now from IE I typed the URL https://MyQualifiedhostname:9443/jts/setup and the Jazz Team Server login page appears, from tehre entering the valid user ID and password (ADMIN) it allows me get into the introduction page then clicked Next and come to Configure Public URI page then from there entering valid URI clicking Next bring the Configure Database page where I have selected the Derby database and then clicking Next brings me to Enable E-Mail notification page where I have selected Disable Email option then on clicking Next button brings me to Register Application page and here I am getting errors. Under application instances /rm, /qm, /ccm, /admin a red cross (x) is showing me and also at the top of the page coming up with an error

An error occurred while attempting to access the Discovery URL for the application. Please ensure that the application has been installed and provisioned correctly.

I had the same problem. It came from the fact that the URL for my apps was not listed in the Trusted List in the security settings of my explorer.
To resolve I pasted the URL for my app in the browser, which brought up the Trusted Site dialog box, and used it to add the URL to the list.

Hope this helps.

That was really a great help.
As you mentioned after entering the URL https://ibm-rtc.internal.thomasmiller.com:9443/rm/scr in the browser and then authenticating it and then on refreshing the setup page the errors disappears and allow me to continue and complete the setup.

But I wonder why not this point is included in the help document, this will be really a big help for the users who are setting up the server first time and having the issue.

Any way thanks once again for your kind guidance.

Thanks & Regards
