Repotools failing trying to migrate to Beta2

I have a 0.6M3 installation and I'm trying to migrate to beta 2. I'm
trying to do the repo migration and when I try to export my repo I'm
getting the following error and I'm not sure why. Can anyone help me
out? This is a db2 9 and WAS configuration.
