Hello,

I'm getting this message whenever I try to go through this part of the setup of the RRC
"There was an error Attempting to create the new user"

In this same server I have the RTC and RPC operating normally in an instance of Websphere and I am trying to set up RRC in another instance.

Even with the above error, I login with my LDAP user.
I created a few projects to see if the operation was OK, but on screen in the configuration of the project, appears to me the following error:
Error fetching project area links: Error 403: There is no CRJZS0040E REST service handler registered for the path "/ process/project-areas/_2g2S8EZoEd-K3YXXB8pkGA/links.

Unable to load https: / / bmibmx03: 9444/rdm/process/project-areas/_2g2S8EZoEd-K3YXXB8pkGA/links status: 403

One thing I noticed is that the LDAP users were born normally, but still see the local user too, I do not know if this is correct. ?!?!?
RRC Client installed to test, but I can not connect to the repository.
Could this be the correct link?

When I try to open the Web project by the RRC, I get the following message:
Error 403: There is no CRJZS0040E REST service handler registered for the path "/ web / projects / Test Project."

I tried everything, I created another database, recreated the tables in the database but so far no solution found.

Someone has gone through this?

IN RRC V2.x the repository format is

https://<host>:9443/rdm/

the "jazz" extension is only to access the jazz foundation server admin

Also when you setup the RRC server did you perform the following server installation step:

After disabling pop-up blockers, point your Web browser to the following URL: https://:9443/rdm/setup

If instead of "rdm", "jazz" is used in the above URL then only the jazz server is setup and not the RDM server which leverages the jazz server.
