RTCp Windows server wrong chars encoding

Hello guys,

I have a RTCp server installed on Windows and I'm seeing a weird behavior when displaying Spanish characters with accent. For example, I see in WIs tab in web UI "Abiertos subscritos por m", where it should be "Abiertos subscritos por m". (Same behavior in eclipse client).

DB was created as "UTF-8". Do you know how to correct this to properly display characters?

Thanks!

Regards,

Jorge.

Hi Jorge,

What process template did you use to create the project area? Was it "Simple Team Process", "Scrum", "IBM i Scrum", or something else?

Also, just to make sure: are you using DB2?

Thanks,
Kushal

Hello Kushal,

my DB is DB2 9.1.

I think I've found the problem. The process I used was an export did by another colleague which didn't export it with locale support for Spanish. I found this extrange characters in the Process Source, so after manually correcting them, everything looks fine.

Any advice?

Regards,

Jorge.
