Hi,

I have the following two questions:
1. in the Excel/Word Importer, is it possible to save the password? If so, how?
2. Is there a way to permanently delete items in RQM? e.g. requirement.

Hello,
1) We do not currently allow saving passwords. Saving sensitive information often opens up more problems than it solves.
2) We do not permanently delete many artifacts in RQM. Instead, we support "archiving" (including requirements) which remove them from users views essentially providing delete capability from a user experience perspective.
