Work Items closed as invalid still increase completion %

Hello,
After creating an accidental work item, since work items cannot be closed after they are deleted, I closed them as invalid or duplicate. This still increases the iteration completion percentage. Although I see how the completion % works (completed Tasks/Total Tasks assigned to the iteration), however since I didnt want this task to be part of the iteration anyways, I wish it did not subscribe as a completed item and increase the % complete of the iteration.

Hi, we are moving away from an open/closed based progress to an estimate
based progress. Since the item will have no estimate it will not
adulterate the result.
