Recomended DB2 9.5 ESE Fixpack for RTC 2.0

Is there a recommended fixpak for DB2 95 ESE that should be applied for RTC 2.0?
We bundle 9.5 Fixpack 3a Workgroup Edition so I would suggest the same fixpack level for ESE if you want to run on what we've tested against. I hear also that 3b has no code difference with 3a - just some different licensing terms (not sure why).
