Installation error on RTC 4.0.1 Sandbox

Jon Tieri (611) | asked Jan 02 '14, 8:16 a.m.
After my first attempt failed of installing the RTC Sandbox 4.0.1 on my Windows laptop (actually I had to abort it after the very first step was still processing well after an hour), I tried again to install and now it returns an error saying that I can create only one sandbox per username.  Appareently, there already exists a sandbox for me but I cannot see it.

Do you mean you are connecting to a sandbox in the RTC Shell client? If so, check in your taskbar for a blue icon in the bottom right corner. This should be the RTC shell client. Right click on it and select "Open Sandbox". This should find your previously configured sandbox and enable you to connect to it.
