Error message on accessing Project Area

Milan Krivic (98013176143) | asked Mar 10 '10, 11:34 a.m.
Hi,

When I try to access to Project Area via Web UI, I got this message:

An error occurred while communicating with the server. Reload

(click on this link, then click to Project Area Access link)

http://eglteam.110mb.com/slike.htm

but everything seems to work fine!
Any idea why this is happening?

Thanks,
Milan

Hi

This sounds like a timeout on the connection to the server (or a network problem). Try increasing the timeout the the connection (you may need to create a new repository connection, and then adjust the time - it defaults to 480 as I recall)

Hi Anthony,

Thanks for your reply, I tried to do what you told me, but same problem. Actually, I don't have that problem in RTC client, only when I am accessing to specific project area!
