How to calculate total actual effort in a plan?
Hi, please help...
I have work items in release backlog or iteration plan. Work items have estimate effort and actual effort. I want to know how to calculate total actual effort and estimate effort of all work items in a plan? This question is very important for us. Please kindly advise... Thanks a lot! Xia Ming |

Meanwhile, I know progress bar could be one way to show the total effort. But, is there good report for the overview of the totall actual and estimate effort for a plan or release backlog?
