Report showing work items with parent/child relationship

I'd like to generate a report with work items in hierarchical order:
Parent1
Child 1
Child 2
Child 3
Parent 2
Child x
Child Y
Child Z

Is this possible?

I can't find parent or child as a selectable field in the report section.

Hi Jon,

Unfortunately this is not possible today with. This would be a very
useful report, however, and I'd like to track this suggestion for a
future release. I've opened enhancement 61494 and subscribed you to it -
we can use that work item for any discussion.
