Export reports from counter page

Susan Wu (4712116) | asked Mar 03 '10, 12:23 p.m.
Hello,

I have a client asking is there is a way to export tables from the couners page under internal tools from Jazz admin page(with ?internal = true) into a spreadsheet file so they can do some analysis and calculation. I check the Reports - Repository option under RTC eclipse client, but these reports are all generated in graphic format, which are different from tables show in the counters page of the web client. Appreciate any response in advanced.

Susan,

You could use BIRT to design a table based report template that uses the counter data. Then deploy the Report Template to your server and export it to Excel.

Hi Rafik,

Thanks for your response. Would you happen to know in which table(s) of the data warehouse these floating license data stored? Customer wants to find out so they can fetch the data with their own script to produce the report base on their need.

Data is stored in tables REPOSITORY_SNAPSHOT.INTEGRAL_RANGE

and REPOSITORY_SNAPSHOT.SCALAR

Look for rows where GROUP is:

'Floating license concurrent use'
'Floating license denials'
'Floating license checkout time'
