Process customization in RTC&RQM not visible in web brow

Hello,
I have a project where RTC and RQM are linked.

I have customized the process in both PAs (RTC and RQM). The same changes were done in both RTC (2.0.0.2 iFix 4)and RQM (2.0.1 iFix 4 ).

I can see the customization in RTC and RQM using the Eclipse client.
When using web browser, these changes are visible only in RTC. RQM preserves the old template.
When doing the same changes to a PA in RQM which is not linked to RTC I can see them both with Eclipse and Web browser.
It looks like the linking RTC and RQM cause a problem but I'm not sure

Does anyone know what the problem is or faced it?
