RTC 2.0.0.2 fails to load

I am having trouble getting RTC to load. Once I click on the icon the initial screen comes up. It gets about 3/4 through the count and dies. How do I get tech support for this problem?

Nevermind. This issue is resolved. Workspace was corrupted. It was fixed by renaming the directory.
