Why RTC licenses get unchecked dynamically?

Hi,
Could you please update us the root cause for RTC licenses get unchecked dynamically. We have jazzadmin access, and we didnt changed the license to the user.

Please let me know if you need more details.

It would be better to open a PMR to IBM support for this issue.

We see this issue about once or twice a month.  Randomly, the check box for a user who has a floating license gets unchecked, but nobody physically does it.
