Can't reload https://localhost:9443/jazz/web/console

I have reinstalled Quality Manager 2.0.1 multiple times. It seems I can only load https://localhost:9443/jazz/web/console right after the installation. If I logout or timeout, I cannot reload the page.

I just get 'Loading' on the browser. I can only use IE 6. Could this be the problem?

Yes, definitely.

I frankly am surprised you were able to log in even once with IE6. IE6 does not play well well RQM/RTC and is most definitely not supported. Even if you get past the login issue you can expect to encounter lots more problems.

Tell your company you need a modern web browser! :-)

Firefox will give you the best performance with RQM, but IE7 & IE8 are also supported.

See this page for the official list of supported browsers and versions for use with RQM: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=3580&uid=swg27015932#Browsers

Thank you for the info. I am aware of the browser requirement. Now I can justify my request for a modern web browser.
