Reset User's Pwd in RQM??

I am not sure why I am not able to add values to : Found In and Planned For fields in RQM? I learnt from earlier posts responses that i need to integrate RQM with RTC to accomplish it however it is not very convincing to me as a RQM user. I can see these fields but disabled and having only one entry visible ' Unassigned'. Can some one share their experience if they have inserted the values of their choice in these two fields in RQM Defects form?

Simply put: why user is expected to have RTC to do field customisation in RQM?

Hello All:
I am trying to download RQM and RTC and integrate them in order to see if I can do field level customization in the defects tab.

I am facing difficulty in order to download RQM disk 2, that every time I put it for download using the following URL:

https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/2.0/RQM-Standard-2.0-Disk2.zip

it doesnt dowload complete file however shows me the download status bar as 'Download Complete' with 'Open Folder'/ 'Close' buttons enabled on the wizard soon it completes nearly 18 mb or 30 mb from targetted 498.29 MB download.

Does anyone have any idea how can I download the entire 498.29 MB of Disk 2 from any other FTP/ download website?

If you are using Firefox, I highly recommend installing the Firefox Add-on "DownloadThemAll", which is available here: https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/201. That solved all of my Jazz.net download problems.
