If Subversion can be associated with Work items via eclipse installations, then is that saying that you can only associate Subversion with Work items when you are using RTC?  We have RQM only are do all our Work items through it.  But, our source code is in Subversion (may be moving to GIT) and would like to link it to the Work items.
