RTC Query "#" (sharp) character

Hi,

We have many work items with summary containing the sharp character (e.g. "support C#").
However the Full text search cannot find anything when typing the "#" character as an input.

Excellent question. I tried the webUI and it did not work in the "quicksearch" box.

However, I could create a query looking for the text "c#" in the Summary field, and I also tried tagging the working item with a tag "c#" and then created a query looking for the tag "c#". They both worked fine.

I would log a defect unless anyone else can suggest a way to find "#"
