DB2 V 10.1conncetion with RTC 4.0.6

We reinstalled the db2 server and created new instances, as the previously installed and configured database was crashed. Using newly created instances we are unable to connect to db2 database while configuring JTS. Have changed teamserver.properties too in-order to configure db2 with JTS.
Its giving error id : CRJAZ2654E.

Check your teamserver.properties file JDBC url. You may be missing an extra slash. Compare the format of prior properties files.

 Why are you on such an old version? Have you considered upgrading the current edition?

Also, I have asked my organization about upgrading the setups but they are not in agreement with.
