hi,
i'm using RQM web access, but is so slow,
i download team concert client and conect to rqm repo
but it just let me edit work items like defects, task but
not test cases, someone had have the same situation?

That's the expected behavior of RTC client. It was not meant to be used to manage test artifacts.

RQM doesn't have a local installation for the client interface, the only client that allows you to work with test artifact is the RQM web client.
