I know the links between RRC - RTC - RQM projects.
Is there a plan to implement a possibility to link also work items in RTC projects stored on different servers?

Usage model: various companies are cooperating on the same project, each of those is hosting their projects in their own environment but there is one "Managing" project linking top level work items (Requests, defects..) to concrete teams working in their environments. (This is possible now if the server is one but not if each team has their own RTC server).

Also note that improvements in this area are a high priority for
RTC-3.0. For example, see work items 99042 and 99043.
