Hello. we've got a need to export a readable data dictionary for documentation purposes. Is there a way this can be done natively or via RPE or RS?

You can really use both, but there are some details that can make a difference.

If description of a dictionary data is rich text then use RPE, if you have a plain text you can use RS (RS will ignore rich text).
