CRRPE3148E Error in rm-rrdg.log file after using "Generate report for view" in DOORS Next

Hello, I encountered a specific problem with one of our modules in DOORS Next where the report results in a empty word document. <o:p> </o:p>

I try to export a report for a module using this option: <o:p> </o:p>

After that, the report starts, takes a few minutes and at the end, an empty word file is downloaded. <o:p> </o:p>

There are no error codes in the webapp, only in the "rm-rrdg.log" I get these two error messages:

2026-03-24T16:55:24,198+0100 [TID: dwa805ff47][][        RRDG_1040:26911-OUTPUT] ERROR com.ibm.rational.rrdg - CRRPE3148E The image C:\Users\YA_SVC~1\AppData\Local\Temp\rrc_reports\temp\url_7a037e61-c77d-44c2-b36c-d41276e000bb.tmp could not be inserted. <o:p> </o:p>

2026-03-24T16:55:24,213+0100 [TID: dwa805ff47][][        RRDG_1040:26911-OUTPUT] ERROR com.ibm.rational.rrdg - CRRPE3148E The image C:\Users\YA_SVC~1\AppData\Local\Temp\rrc_reports\temp\url_bace92f6-c935-4ca1-8db8-9afdb72050a1.tmp could not be inserted. 

The error code is remarkably unhelpful, since its definition in the IBM Documentation simply states "The image {0} could not be inserted." <o:p> </o:p>
