The report is garbage /confidential in doors next

Following the guide https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/engineering-lifecycle-management-suite/doors-next/7.1.0?topic=reporting-creating-document-style-reports, i create a report with audit history ,but the report is garbage /confidential.

Whether I choose to mark the content as confidential or not, the result is the same.
